Welcome to our energetic community! Here, we take part in lively group discussions, engage in immersive guided meditations and participate in hands-on experiential exercises aimed at enhancing our skills to navigate and handle life's challenges.
In addition to these enriching experiences, we love watching inspiring videos and inviting guest speakers who share their valuable insights to uplift and motivate us. And, throughout all this personal growth and exploration, we always make it a point to have a fun time together!
We meet in the Rainbow Room (at Unity of Tucson, on Camino Blanco) on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 11:30 am to 1 pm.
